Refund & Return Policy – Beautyhub by Sana
Return Eligibility at Beautyhub by Sana: Returns for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are accepted within 07 days from the delivery date. Items must remain unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
Important Notice: Customers are required to make a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is mandatory for any return or complaint request. Without a parcel opening video, returns or claims will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return: To request a return, contact our customer support within the given period and provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Return Procedure: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions accordingly.
Inspection and Approval: Once the returned item is received, it will go through an inspection process. Approved requests may qualify for a refund or replacement.
Refund/Replacement Process: Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly. Certain items, including used or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
